Home Cell Groups

Home Cell groups form the backbone of any church as it allows members to fellowship in a more private manner outside of Sunday services.  These groups are where members can feel safe and trusted in sharing issues, concerns, joys and celebrations.  RBBC has approximately 10 home cell groups in various suburbs throughout Richards Bay which meet weekly on various nights.  Group sizes range from 6-12 people and groups cater for seniors, young adults, married with babies, single/married with no kids, etc.  Each group decides quarterly whether to do a study on a section/book of the Bible or on a specific Christian book/subject.  Once a year, the church conducts a specific programme with a themed topic which is followed by all groups.

Our Vision: RBBC is always looking to grow our home cell groups and hence all groups are encouraged to continually seek out new church-goers and invite them to join. During the annual formalised programme, specific drives are held to invite people/friends/family for that specific time period in the hope that they will remain in the group afterwards.  All our home cell groups get the opportunity to serve our church and at our local Soup Kitchen.
